In this workshop, Coach Marre will help you master the timing, coordination and control behind the butterfly pull-up.
You’ll learn how to link your reps smoothly, keep tension through the swing and stay efficient even when your heart rate’s high.
We’ll break down:
- The technique and rhythm that make the movement flow
- Drills to build awareness and consistency
- Common mistakes (and how to fix them fast)
- How to transition from kipping to butterfly without losing control
To join, you’ll need at least 5 unbroken strict pull-ups or 10 unbroken kipping pull-ups.
