
Get ready for race day. This GYMRACE Kick Off is designed to help you perform better when it counts. Not by training harder, but by moving smarter. You'll run a large chunk of the race and get two focused workshops to improve your efficiency on the movements that cost most people time and energy. Open to members and non-members.

1.) 80% GYMRACE: TEST YOUR FITNESS
Run (almost) the fullGYMRACE minus the Ski-Erg, sled push and final sprint.
Perfect for practicing pacing, transitions and strategy.
- Each heat includes a 25-min warm-up and briefing
- Cap: 1 hour 20 minutes
- 7 spots per heat (solo or buddy team)
- All levels welcome
2.) WORKSHOP: RUNNING UNDER FATIGUE
Because running while tired = a whole different game
- Learn how to prep for compromised running
- Improve form, reduce injury risk & boost efficiency
- Hands-on drills + practical race-day tips

Each workshop costs 1 credit. You can sign up for just one or all two, your call. Just make sure you rest well and bring snacks.
