In this workshop, Coach Roald breaks it down step by step, from false grip to lockout and everything in between. Whether you're chasing your first rep or want cleaner, more consistent Muscle Ups, this is where you start.
Coach Roald takes you through the progressions and drills that build the movement from the ground up.
You'll work on:
- The false grip: what it is, why it matters and how to build it
- Pulling mechanics on rings versus a bar
- The transition: getting on top without burning out your shoulders
- Stability and lockout on unstable rings
- The technique errors that make the movement harder than it needs to be
To join, you'll need at least five strict Pull Ups when fresh plus five strict Ring Dips.
