This workshop helps you get more out of STR60 - whatever your current level is. We begin with a 30-minute lecture that answers the key questions behind effective strength training: How heavy is “heavy enough”? How many sets do you truly need? How do you pace your rest so you keep building strength instead of stalling? You’ll learn a simple decision-making framework you can use in every session. Then we take it straight onto the floor for a coached strength workout.

  • How to pick the right intensity for any strength movement; barbell, dumbbells, bodyweight or mixed.
  • How to understand and respond to how your body feels that day, so your progress stays consistent.
