
This VrijMiWod is inspired by The Hunger Games: a structured, point-based workout where strategy, effort and teamwork matter.
WHATÂ TOÂ EXPECT?
The floor is divided into seven districts. In each district, two athletes work on a specific exercise while the rest rotate through the remaining stations. Over the course of the workout, everyone completes all seven districts.
Each station offers points. At the end, we add them up to see who scored the most, but the workout finishes the same for everyone: pizza for all.
This buddy-style format rewards smart pacing, focus and teamwork, and works well as preparation for the CrossFit Open.
