
Ready to seriously improve your snatch, clean and jerk?
On the 29th of March, weightlifting coaches Cecily and Jeremy will take you through 75 minutes of intense, in depth technique training.
Have little experience? Great, because step-by-step, we're going to take you through those lifts and do a LOT of reps to practice. That should lay the foundation for long term progress in those lifts!
Have more experience? Great! Go the extra mile, finally fix that nagging issue in your snatch, and break through your plateaus!
For those that really want to take it to the next level after this seminar, we'll challenge you to follow weightlifting classes at least once a week (preferably twice or more!) for the ten weeks after. Use those ten weeks to improve, and test your progress at the end!
