Every workout has an intended stimulus, but in practice it’s often hard to judge which weight, pace or variation you should choose on that specific day. This workshop teaches you how to make better decisions consistently, so your training leads to long-term progress.

• How to select the right scaling option to hit the intended stimulus
• What autoregulation is and how to adjust based on daily readiness
• How to push your limits safely and intentionally
• When to use percentages vs. RPE
• How to apply all of this in a regular CrossFit workout
