Strength & Weightlifting

Apart from our daily CrossFit classes, we offer Strength Classes and Olympic Weightlifting Classes six days a week at UnScared. These classes are for members of all levels - from absolute beginners to competitive athletes - and are taught by our specialised Strength and Weightlifting Staff. While the Olympic Weightlifting classes focus on improving mobility, explosiveness and technique for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, our Strength Classes focus on building and improving overall strength with the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and calisthenics. Both classes are awesome both as a standalone program or as an add-on to our CrossFit training program.
