There’s 3 different workshops on the schedule and you can sign up for all of them and make a day out of it!
1.) 80% GYMRACE: TEST YOUR FITNESS
Run (almost) the full GYMRACE minus the Ski-Erg, sled push and final sprint.
Perfect for practicing pacing, transitions and strategy.
- Each heat includes a 25-min warm-up and briefing
- Cap: 1 hour 20 minutes
- 7 spots per heat (solo or buddy team)
- All levels welcome

2.) WORKSHOP: SKI-ERG TECHNIQUE
Led by 23-time Dutch cross country skiing champion Anna van der Rhee.
- 45-min deep dive into pacing, technique & efficiency
- How to stay effective under fatigue
- Short practical workout to apply your new skills
- Starts at 9:00 / 9:45 / 11 /11:45
3.) WORKSHOP: RUNNING IN A FITNESS RACE
Running while tired = a whole different game
- Learn how to prep for compromised running
- Improve form, reduce injury risk & boost efficiency
- Hands-on drills + practical race-day tips
- Hosted by Fysiofabriek
- Starts at 8:30 / 9:30 / 11:00
Cost= 1 credit per each workshop. Yes, you can sign up for all three! (Just make sure you rest well and bring snacks.)
