
Kick off your Gymrace preparation with a focused training day designed to get you ready for what’s ahead.You’ll work through a series of targeted clinics to sharpen the skills you’ll need on race day; delivered together with our partner De Fysiofabriek and 23-time Dutch cross country skiing champion Anna van der Rhee.
Whether you’re racing solo or as a buddy team, this is your chance to check where you are at right now, improve key skills and get ready for the actual GYMRACE.
And YAY, non-members are very welcome to join!

1.) 80% GYMRACE: TEST YOUR FITNESS
Run (almost) the fullGYMRACE minus the Ski-Erg, sled push and final sprint.
Perfect for practicing pacing, transitions and strategy.
- Each heat includes a 25-min warm-up and briefing
- Cap: 1 hour 20 minutes
- 7 spots per heat (solo or buddy team)
- All levels welcome

2.) WORKSHOP: SKI-ERGTECHNIQUE
Led by 23-time Dutchcross country skiing champion Anna van der Rhee.
- 45-min deep dive into pacing, technique & efficiency
- How to stay effective under fatigue
- Short practical workout to apply your new skills
- Starts at 9:00 / 9:45 / 11:00 /11:45
3.) WORKSHOP: RUNNING UNDER FATIGUE
Because running while tired = a whole different game
- Learn how to prep for compromised running
- Improve form, reduce injury risk & boost efficiency
- Hands-on drills + practical race-day tips
- Hosted by Carlien from Fysiofabriek
- Starts at 8:30 / 9:30 / 11:00
