Join us on Saturday, April 13th, for the third instalment of an afternoon filled with handstand essentials.

Whether you're a novice or a seasoned handstand enthusiast, Coach Roald will guide you through the fundamentals of achieving a (freestanding) handstand.

During this session, you'll focus on enhancing your overhead mobility, strengthening your shoulders, arms, wrists, and balance.

We'll delve into various exercises, including tripod headstands, yoga headstands, wall walks, handstand walks, crow poses and handstand presses. Additionally, we'll integrate targeted core work to complement your practice. Rest assured; your safety is guaranteed. We'll employ a step-by-step approach, ensuring a rewarding experience for all participants. You'll leave with valuable insights and resources to further refine your skills.

√ you want to learn how to do a handstand for the first time

√ you want to improve your handstand skills and get stronger in doing so

√ you’re new to CrossFit or new to handstands and find them a bit scary
