Join Coach Roald for a three-part handstand workshop series where you’ll improve your balance, control and confidence upside down.
Always wanted to get upside down or finally hold that handstand with control?
This handstand series is your chance to work on strength, balance and technique in a progressive way, with coaching that adapts to your level.
Each session offers multiple difficulty options, so you can build from where you are and move forward week by week.
Between sessions, you’ll get drills to practice and refine your skills, so you keep improving in between.
What we’ll cover:
- The foundations of a strong handstand: body alignment and shoulder positioning
- How to build strength and stability for longer holds
- Progressions for both beginners and experienced handstanders
- Drills to improve balance, kick-ups and control – with personal feedback throughout
- How to start handstand walking step by step
- Calisthenics-based drills to build control and coordination
Who it’s for:
Anyone ready to get better at being upside down. Whether you’re still working on wall holds or trying to clean up freestanding reps, you’ll get exactly what you need to progress.
Why join:
Because handstands are fun, challenging and wildly satisfying when they start to click. You'll leave each session with tools you can apply right away and enough upside-down time to keep the progress going.
Get ready to spend time on your hands and walk away stronger, more balanced, and more confident.
This is the final session of the three-part series; a strong closer, whether you did the others or not.
While joining the full series gives you the most to build on, you’re absolutely welcome to join just one or two sessions.
We’ll make sure your time upside down still counts.
