Coach Jeremy designed a practical workshop for anyone who wants to get more out of OLY75. We start with a 30-minute lecture where we break down the training choices that matter most: How do you know if you’re going heavy enough? If you need more or fewer sets? If you’re resting too much or too little? You’ll learn how to make those decisions with confidence, without guessing. After that, we put everything straight into practice in a coached lifting session.

- How to choose the right load for snatch & clean & jerk based on how your lifts are moving.
- How to adjust your plan depending on how you feel that day.
- How to build consistency, speed and confidence under the bar.
