Want to show your kid how to become as strong and fit as mom or dad? Join us on Sunday, September 1st, for a Parent-Kid workout. After a fun warm-up, you’ll buddy up with your kid and start the workout. The class is all about teamwork and playfulness. No previous experience is required—we are just having fun moving.
We host two classes—one for kids and one for teens. If your kid is somewhere on the outliers and you’re unsure which class to join, please get in touch. No own kids, but a niece, nephew, or stepchild you’d love to bring? Every kid is welcome!
