Kipping is a skill. And like any skill, it comes down to timing, body mechanics, and knowing how to generate momentum the right way. Get those right and movements at the rig start to click.

Coach Milo takes one hour to break down kipping as it applies to the rig. You'll work through the fundamentals of the kip, then put it to work in Kipping Pull Ups and Toes to Bar. Expect drills, practice reps, and real feedback on what's happening in your movement.

Whether you're new to kipping or want to sharpen the mechanics behind what you're already doing, this workshop gives you the understanding to keep building.
