You can’t really learn CrossFit without this. This workshop gives you the foundation you need to train safely, effectively and with confidence. Squats, hinges, overhead movements, kipping, spotting; we cover it all. No time pressure, no barbell chaos, just focused coaching, clear explanation, practicing and the space to ask everything you never get to ask during class. Perfect for anyone who’s been training for less than a year or who wants to fix the stuff they’ve been guessing their way through.

What we’ll cover:

  • The difference between a squat, hinge and overhead movement and how to do them well
  • Common movement errors and how to fix them
  • Scalable gymnastics basics: arch/hollow, kipping, hollow rocks
  • Why position matters in strength work
  • Spotting and equipment safety
  • A short WOD to put things into practice (optional)
  • Plenty of time for questions
