What to expect?
It's the middle weekend of the Crossfit Open, so chances are you’re bringing fuel anyway. This time, make it homemade, make a little extra and bring the recipe.
Use your protein snack during the workout, then share it afterwards so we can steal each other’s best ideas.
Consider this the UnScared version of The Great British Bake Off - just with a lot more protein and a lot less judgement!
