
A full afternoon of lifting heavy, testing limits and having fun. Strength Fest is a 5-hour individual competition for anyone who loves strength training. You’ll take on a mix of classic lifts and unexpected strength-based challenges, designed to test where you’re at and push you further. No complicated standards, no pressure to prep, just show up and bring what you've built in class.
What to expect:
- Individual competition from 12:00 to 17:00
- 5 workouts total: each with their own flavour of strength
- 3 workouts for all participants
- 2 final workouts for the top 6 men and women

- Workout 3: Spaceballs (1987) AMRAP Hanging Medball Reorganization
- Workout 4: Dead Rising: Endgame (2016) (final)
- Workout 5: 50 Shades Freed (2018) (final)
