You show up. You put in the work. But somewhere along the way, you're plateauing. You might not be sure how heavy to go, whether you're pushing hard enough, or what to do when life gets in the way. Strength for Women is the answer to that.

This isn't for beginners

Strength for Women is designed for women who already train but want to train smarter. You've got some experience under your belt. You know your way around a barbell. But you might be second-guessing your loads, feeling plateaued, or sensing there's more potential on the table that you're just not reaching.

If that sounds familiar, this program is built for you.

What the program actually looks like

Before anything starts, you sit down with coach Rutger for a one-on-one intake. Goals, training history, injuries, lifestyle, all of it. From that point on, your training has direction.

The program kicks off with a seminar hosted by CoachJeremy. You'll cover everything that influences your training: sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, recovery. Not as side topics, but as part of the foundation.

Over 15 weeks, you train in a small group of like-minded women. Each week includes one coached group session on Tuesday evenings at 20:30 and two regular Strength classes at UnScared. The Tuesday session is where coach Rutger works with you directly; based on your intake, your goals, and where you are that week. The regular classes are where you build volume and put what you've learned into practice, with the coaching that's already there.

Throughout the program you're connected in a WhatsApp group with coach Rutger and the other women in the program, perfect for questions, adjustments, and support.

Halfway through there's a group check-in to review progress and adjust where needed. At the end, you re-test benchmarks, reflect on your goals, and close it out together, with food and drinks of course.

What you actually walk away with

Strength for Women isn't just about getting stronger, although you will. It's about understanding how you got stronger, and above all, having the tools to repeat it.

By the end of the 16 weeks you'll know how to regulate your own training, how to adjust when life, stress, sleep, your cycle or energy aren't cooperating, and how to keep making progress whether you're in class or training on your own. You'll have a framework you can use for years.

You get the structure, the personal attention, and the programming of PT, without leaving the group energy that makes training fun, and that pushes you further than you'd go on your own.

The details

Strength for Women runs for 15 weeks and costs €395 on top of your regular UnScared membership. That covers your intake, the kick-off seminar, the wrap-up, all programming, weekly coached sessions, continuous coaching support, and personal evaluation.
